We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, materials, or design may occur due to manufacturing updates or display settings.
All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or full refund.
All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT (where applicable).
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure checkout.
Accepted payment methods include major debit/credit cards and trusted third-party processors (such as PayPal or Stripe).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, this will not affect confirmed orders.
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email acknowledging receipt. This is not an acceptance of your order.
Your order is accepted once we send a confirmation email confirming dispatch of your items. At this point, a contract is formed between you and BarBall Ltd.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:
Payment cannot be processed.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
A pricing or listing error has occurred.
We currently ship only to mainland UK.
Delivery times vary depending on location and will be displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, customs checks, or weather events).
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided (where available).
Ownership of goods transfers to you once full payment is received and the product is delivered.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us in its original, unused condition.

If your BarBall® arrives damaged or develops a fault within a reasonable time, please contact customerservice@bar-ball.co.uk immediately.
We’ll arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as required under your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
While we take great care in the design and safety of our products, you acknowledge that all fitness and exercise activities carry inherent risk.
BarBall Ltd is not liable for:
Injury or damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.
Losses that are indirect, incidental, or consequential.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
Always consult a qualified health professional before starting any new exercise programme.
