We want you to love your BarBall® products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it meets the following conditions:

Eligibility:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards or digital downloads.

• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or modification.

Process:

1. Email our team at support@barball.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide you with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately — we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
